Mary Ann Djonne is a learning and development consultant in the Office of Leadership and Organization Development at Mayo Clinic. She has been at Mayo since 1992, serving the past several years in a variety of education and management-related positions. Prior to that, she practiced clinical dietetics for 18 years, and then received a Master of Science degree in education from the University of Minnesota in adult education and a post-graduate certificate in human resource development.

Mary Ann has coached directors, administrators, managers, and physicians. She completed her coach training at the College of Executive Coaching, and was the first of Mayo's internal coaches to achieve a certified coach credential from the International Coach Federation. She holds certifications in the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory® (MBTI), Everything DiSC®, Hogan Leadership Series, EQ-i2.0 and EQ360. She was the program coordinator and certified platinum facilitator for Crucial Conversations® and Crucial Confrontations® for seven years, a skill-building programs for handling difficult conversations of disagreement and performance gaps.

Her career at Mayo extends beyond the clinical practice and into a range of experiences in management and staff development. She created and facilitates peer coaching groups, and has taught hundreds of courses and worked with teams and individuals on emotional intelligence, leadership effectiveness, and communication/conflict.

Bob Huff has spent the bulk of his career building and growing brands. Now he is focused on building and growing people. As the Learning and Development Director for Aimia Inc. he is leveraging adult learning and leadership principles to close gaps in knowledge, skills and performance. He believes that it is as much about EQ as it is IQ in addition to clarity of vision, alignment of strategies and a sense of fulfillment and contribution. Bob is energized and inspired by helping individuals, teams and organizations get where they need to go.

Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions at SUPERVALU and Minneapolis-based marketing agencies Fallon, Olson and LaBreche. He has also taught leadership development at the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

Bob holds degrees from Northwestern University and Columbia University and is a certified EQ-i2.0 and EQ360 practitioner. He lives in the Twin Cities with his wife, two children, one dog and a cat.

Monica Seme is currently the principal consultant for Superior Insight Consulting, Inc., a firm that focuses on improving organizational performance by improving individual and team performance. In this role, Monica specializes in the areas of leadership and executive coaching, talent selection, performance management, employee development, and team building.

A graduate of the College of St. Scholastica with a degree in Human Resources and Psychology, Monica is a seasoned professional in the areas of talent development and human resources. Her experience includes leadership roles in a variety of business settings from small, start-up firms to large global organizations. She also holds certifications in several assessment tools including the EQ-i2.0 and EQ360, DISC, Values Index and Attribute Index. She is also certified in three coaching sciences including The Integrated Leader Framework, 5th Level Coaching, and Emerging Advantage Generation Y Coaching.

Monica has a passion for helping leaders discover and develop their unique strengths in order to improve the performance of the people they lead, thereby improving the performance of the entire company.
